7. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

9. How and where do we store your data.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

9.1. Our company is hosted on the wordpress.com platform. WordPress.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WordPress.com’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by WordPress.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
9.2. We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 7, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it. In any event, We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it in accordance with the terms of our Data Retention Policy.
9.3. Your data will only be stored within the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).
