Returns Policy

All our wallpapers and prints are printed to order, meaning we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed and paid for—unless the item is faulty.

Wallpaper Returns & Faults

Cancellations & Changes

As each wallpaper order is bespoke, we cannot cancel, amend, or refund an order once it has been placed. As soon as you complete your purchase, your wallpaper goes into production. This process takes time, as each roll is carefully printed to order. However, if your wallpaper has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your shipping address—please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Faulty Wallpaper

We take great care to ensure the highest quality, and faults are incredibly rare. However, if you receive a roll with a fault, please do not hang it. Instead, contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. We may ask you to return the faulty roll for inspection. Once the fault is confirmed, we will liaise with our printers to provide a replacement.

Over-Ordering & Returns

Because all wallpaper is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for surplus rolls. We strongly recommend working with a professional decorator to calculate the correct quantity needed for your project. It’s often better to slightly overestimate, as under-ordering can result in delays while additional rolls are printed and shipped.

Prints Returns & Faults

All our prints are also printed to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Prints

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the issue and, in some cases, ask you to return the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Tea Towels Returns & Faults

Unlike our wallpapers and prints, tea towels are not printed to order, so we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your tea towel within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your tea towel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the issue and, in some cases, ask you to return the item. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
