We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Colours, textures and finishes may vary between screens, materials and production runs.

Orders are placed through our website checkout.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Willow and Woods.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we send you an email to confirm we've accepted it, which we aim to do within 3 working days. If we can't accept it, we'll tell you and refund any payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable.
- There has been an error in pricing or product information.
- Delivery is not available to the requested location.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for production or technical reasons.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Some products are excluded from this right, including personalised or bespoke items made to your specifications.
Separate rules also apply to digital downloads where you request immediate access.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment is taken at the time an order is placed. We accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal and other supported payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
Many of our products are made to order.
Typical production times are:
- Wallpaper: approximately 14–21 days
- Standard prints: approximately 14 days
- Tea towels: approximately 3 working days
- Bespoke commissions: as agreed individually
These times are estimates only and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, for example those caused by manufacturers, suppliers, couriers or customs. If there's a delay we'll let you know and do what we reasonably can to reduce it, and if it's likely to be substantial you can contact us to cancel and get a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with Willow and Woods until payment has been received in full.
Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
All content on this website, including artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos and written content, is owned by or licensed to Willow and Woods and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in commissioned artwork, bespoke designs and custom creative work remain the property of Willow and Woods.
Where intellectual property ownership is intended to transfer to a client, this will be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Trade pricing may be available to approved interior designers, architects, specifiers and other industry professionals.
Trade account approval is granted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to:
- Request evidence of trade status.
- Refuse applications.Remove trade access.
- Amend trade pricing structures.
Trade discounts must not be shared, transferred or used by unauthorised individuals.
Separate trade terms may apply to certain trade purchases.
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, withdraw or modify the website without notice for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, Willow & Woods is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, that could have been avoided by taking reasonable steps, or that results from events outside our reasonable control.
We are not liable for any business losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Where permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Any personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. However, the version in force when you order applies to your order. We won't change the terms of an order you've already placed without your agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts.
